1. Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Condition
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items returned with damage, missing components, or without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
3.Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Digital content (downloaded or activated games)
- Clearance or marked “Sold As Seen” items
- Custom or personalised orders
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund upon return of the item.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend tracked shipping for returns.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
